PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet bundle ejecting device, a sheet bundle treatment device, and an image forming device adaptable even to the ejection of a bundle of paper sheets, capable of reducing a turbulence in the ejected sheets, and precluding a misoperation of sheet ejection. SOLUTION: The sheet bundle ejecting device 10 is structured so that the bundle of paper sheets is pinched by an ejecting roller set 15 consisting of an upper roller 21 and a lower roller 22 and is transported and ejected. The arrangement includes a motor 24 to move the upper roller 21 for making changing-over between the condition in which the ejecting rollers 15 are in pressure contact with each other and their separated condition and a controller 20 to control the motor 24. The controller 20 functions as an ejecting means to eject the sheet bundle while the ejecting roller set 15 is in the pressure contact condition and a pre-runoff separating means to put the ejecting roller set 15 in the separated condition by the motor 24 before the tail of the sheet bundle gets out of a nip of the roller set 15.
