PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film housing carton being easy to use for consumers for which a special operation in the carton making process is eliminated by solving the problem in a cutting operation by the movement of a cutting blade section by preventing both side end parts of a covering lid from floating. SOLUTION: This wrapping film housing carton is constituted in such a manner that a front wall, a bottom wall and a rear wall are provided in order, and a lid part front plate is extended from the rear wall upper end of a long box body, of which both side parts are fixed by the side walls, continuing from a lid part top board, a lid part side plate is vertically hung from and connected with both side ends of the lid part top board, the lid part side plates are respectively bonded to the lid part front plate, and a cutting blade is attached to the edge piece of the lid part front plate. The housing carton is constituted in such a manner that a cutting line which is approximately in parallel with the side wall upper edge is provided in a vicinity of the upper end of the side wall, and a fastening protuberance is provided by applying a projecting surface processing to a region which is formed by the cutting line and the upper end. At the same time, on the internal surface of the lid part side plate, and in a space between the lid part side plate upper end and the upper end of a lid part pasting piece to be pasted, a step section with which the fastening protuberance is engaged is formed.
