PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operation torque setting mechanism of a rotation knob for easily adjusting a rotation torque. SOLUTION: In this mechanism for setting the operation torque of a rotation knob fixed to a rotation shaft 2a of a rotation component 2 so as to be operated to the optimal value, an elastic body ring 5 is arranged so as to be pressed in contact to the front edge face of a shaft bearing 2b through which the rotation shaft 2a is put and supported turnably and the rotation shaft 2a, and the amounts of compression when the elastic body ring 5 is pressed in contact to the front edge face, and compression-deformed is set.
