PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spot liquid uniformly spotted at a start and a stop of making an array and stabilizing the quality of the array. SOLUTION: The spot liquid for fixing a sample on a carrier has vapor pressure of 5 mmHg or less at a temperature of 60°C, and contains a solvent of 50-100 wt.% for dissolving the fixed sample of 0.001%(W/V) or more.
