PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device of structured data allowing a part or all of fragments of the structured data to be actively acquired/integrated on the reception side as required. SOLUTION: This transmission device receives a plurality of fragment data, and each fragment constitutive information corresponding to each of the fragment data for integrating the respective fragment data on the reception side to generate the structured data having a tree structure. The fragment constitutive information includes: reference information having identification information for identifying the corresponding fragment data from the respective fragment data; and position information as to a connection position in the generated structured data of the corresponding fragment data. The received fragment data are integrated to generate the structured data, based on the position information and the reference information included in each received fragment constitutive information.
