PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air block charging device for a waste incinerator capable of satisfying environmental standards of a waste incinerator, charging the waste into a combustion chamber of the waste incinerator in a state of blocking the outside air with a simple structure, having the structure easy to use, and solving a problem that the fine powder and granulated waste such as sawdust can not be smoothly charged into the combustion chamber and is often spilled out when the waste is charged from a side face in a conventional device. SOLUTION: This air outside block charging device mounted on a waste charging wall is composed of a charging device main body, a sliding lid-side waste charging port formed on an upper face of the main body, the sliding lid for closing the charging port, a slide stopping mechanism for stopping the sliding of the sliding lid, a waste accommodating chamber for temporarily accommodating the waste inside of the main body, an interlocking lever for moving the accommodating chamber to a waste charging port side, a waste sealing door for sealing the waste charging portion, a moving operation lever for opening and closing the sealing door, and an upper bucket and a lower bucket mounted on an upper part of the sliding lid.
