PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall for a fish-pass, which is reduced in weight, and allows a person to carry out attachment/detachment thereof to/from the fish-pass. SOLUTION: The fish-pass is formed of a fish-pass main body 1 and the partition wall 2. The fish-pass main body has a U-shaped cross section, and includes right and left side walls in which vertically extending recessed slots 4 are formed, respectively. The partition wall 2 has its edges detachably inserted into the right and left recessed slots 4, 4. Herein the partition wall is comprised of a plurality of plate bodies 5, 6 each formed of a reinforced plastic, and they are successively inserted into the recessed slots 4 so as to be stacked on top of the other and combined with each other in one body.
