PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a 2-isooxazoline derivative having excellent herbicidal effect and selectivity between crops and weeds. SOLUTION: The 2-isooxazoline derivative or its pharmacologically permissible salt is represented by general formula (I) [R1and R2are each independently hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or the like; R3and R4are each independently hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like; R5and R6are each independently hydrogen atom, cyano group or the like; Y is a naphthyl or the like; n is an integer of 0-2].
