PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of causing extreme hesitation to install a part on a column, a wall surface, the ceiling, and a floor surface of a house, due to being unable to keep horizontality and verticality of an object 7, when inserting a wedge into a lower part of the object 7, damaging the mating side and the object 7 by installing the part, and causing strain by always pressing down an upper part of the object 7 by a strut bar, because of the need of a tool and the part, to be installed for preventing overturning, every time when moving the object 7. SOLUTION: An arm 1 is operated only when there is swinging. The arm 1 is pushed in, and is hooked on a hook 3, and can be reset. A plurality are installed when further requiring stability. Or the arm 1 is made longer. When moving the whole object 7, this overturning preventing arm is attached to the object 7, and thereby requiring no installation for preventing overturning.
