PURPOSE: A hair growing agent composition containing a concentrate of ground water is provided. The concentrate of ground water is obtained by concentrating ground water by itself or after the demineralization and non-toxic and exhibits excellent effects on promoting hair growth, and preventing and treating hair loss. CONSTITUTION: The hair growing agent composition contains 0.01 to 80% by weight of a concentrate of ground water. The composition has a daily dose level of 0.01 to 10g per body weight. The ground water is pumped out of the ground of 700 to 1,000m, is concentrated by itself or after the demineralization and contains inorganic components selected from Na, Ca, Mg, K, Zn and the like and metal ions selected from Fe, Mn, St and the like in large quantities. The hair growing agent composition is a tablet, capsule, solution, dispersion or syrup.
