PURPOSE: A suspension locking device of a vehicle seat is provided to prevent an airbag from being operated by noise in traveling by installing the locking device at a signal line for connecting the airbag with an operation circuit of the airbag. CONSTITUTION: In a shock absorber(10) installed at a suspension positioned at the lower side of a vehicle seat to absorb vibration applied from the outside, a suspension locking device comprises a first piston(20) composed of plural first orifice holes(24) arranged at constant intervals, installed at the end of a piston rod, and positioned in the shock absorber; a second piston(30) with diameter same as the first piston, composed of second orifice holes(34) formed on the same position of the first orifice hole, and closely contacted and combined with the first piston; a third piston(40) interposed between the first and second pistons, composed of third orifice holes(44) arranged at the same position of the first piston, and fixed with vertically a rotary rod(46) on a central axis; a regulating pin(50) fixed vertically at the end of the rotary rod of the third piston; and a regulating lever linked to the regulating pin through a connection rod and operated vertically at the lower side of the vehicle seat.
