PURPOSE: An electric heat exchanger support structure of a ventilation system is provided to facilitate installation and separation of a pre-filter and a high-efficiency filter and to install or dismantle the pre-filter, the high-efficiency filter, and an electric heat exchanger regardless of an assembly order. CONSTITUTION: An electric heat exchanger support structure of a ventilation system is composed of an electric heat exchanger(60) for transferring and exchanging heat between the internal and external air; a support frame(61) disposed at upper and lower ends of the electric heat exchanger to hold the electric heat exchanger; a side guide(64) mounted at the lateral corner of the electric heat exchanger to support the electric heat exchanger and guide the longitudinal movement; and a guide fixing unit(67) arranged at the side guide to fasten the side guide.
