DEVICE FOR RECOGNIZING FINGERPRINT OF SOC TYPE

PURPOSE: A device for recognizing a fingerprint of an SOC(System-On-Chip) type is provided to enhance a sensitivity by efficiently removing parasitic capacitances generated in a sensor plate, and realize stable operation regardless of a deviation of a manufacturing process or a change of an external environment. CONSTITUTION: Analog signal processors(21) compare a sensing signal extracted from sensor plate(211) arranged in a matrix form and removing the parasitic capacitance generated in the sensor plate with a reference voltage, and outputs it as a binary signal. A multiplexer(221) outputs fingerprint image data of one frame by sequentially collecting the sensing signals output from the analog signal processor. A memory(222) stores the fingerprint image data output from the multiplexer. A CPU(223) sets the reference voltage by changing the reference voltage of the analog signal processor while checking the change of pixel data stored in the memory, and judges identification by comparing the detected image stored in the memory. An ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(224) converts reference voltage data into an analog signal and applies it to the analog signal processor.
