PURPOSE: A smoking cessation aid device containing a body formed with emission holes to emit the tobacco flavor of a filter and a cap removably attached to the body is provided. It enables a person who is quitting smoking to have a smell of artificial tobacco flavor absorbed into a filter received in a body, instead of substantially smoking and therefore increases the rate of success in smoking cessation through suppression of common nicotine withdrawal symptoms. CONSTITUTION: The smoking cessation aid device consists of: a body(10) which receives a filter(30) emitting a tobacco flavor at the interior and is formed with a plurality of emission holes(11,12) to emit the tobacco flavor of a filter(30); and a cap(20) removably coupled to the body to tightly close the emission hole. The filter is absorbed with a composition containing Artemisia oil, triacetin, Sylvester pine oil, Lavender oil, ethyl alcohol and any one of top tobacco and red ginseng essence.
