LCD TO MAKE REPAIR EASY WHEN A LINE IS OPENED

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to make repair easy when a gate line is opened in a structure of a COA(Color filter On Array). CONSTITUTION: A plurality of TFT(Thin Film Transistor) channel parts(9) are arrayed on a lower substrate(3). A gate electrode, an insulation film, a semiconductor film, a data electrode and a passivation film are sequentially formed upon each of the TFT channel parts. A matrix of a gate line(5) formed along the gate electrode and a data line(7) formed along the data line is prepared on the lower substrate. A black mask(10) is prepared upon the passivation film and formed along the gate line. The black mask is formed along the data line.
