SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY COOLING HOT COIL BY COOLING FAN, MEASUREMENT UNIT AND CONTROL PART

PURPOSE: To provide an automatic hot coil cooling system for automatically performing an action of cooling the hot coil if the measured surface temperature of the hot coil is the same or more than a reference value by automatically measuring surface temperature of the hot coil after sensing hot coil transferred into a cooling place. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cooling system for hot coil comprises a cooling fan(8) for cooling a hot coil(6) transferred into a cooling place; a temperature measurement unit(100) disposed at sides of the hot coil to automatically measure temperature of the hot coil; and a control part for operating the cooling fan according to temperature values measured by the temperature measurement unit, wherein the system for hot coil further comprises an indication part connected to the control part to indicate operating circumstances of the system, wherein at least one pair of the measurement units are disposed oppositely to each other along a transfer line, wherein photo sensors are mounted on parts where the measurement units are oppositely directed to each other, wherein the measurement units comprise temperature sensors mounted in such a way that they are movable in a height direction, wherein the temperature sensors are exposed to the outside on parts where the measurement units are oppositely directed to each other, and wherein the system further comprises a transfer unit for transferring a cooled hot coil to the outside of the cooling place according to judgement and instructions of the control part.
