PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and easy method for analyzing dehalogenation which drastically reduces a cost and a time required for analyzing a process effect after organic halogen compounds such as a dioxin are dehalogenated in comparison with conventional methods. SOLUTION: Organic carbon is added to an analytical raw material containing the organic halogen compounds. After the addition, the material is dehalogenated. After the dehalogenation, a difference between the quantity of the organic carbon before and after the dehalogenation is compared, and the process effect of the dehalogenation is analyzed.
