PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition which excels in the adhesion for a polyarylene sulfide resin with a polyolefin resin, furthermore retains high adhesiveness even after dipped in a hydrocarbon liquid such as gasoline for a long time, and excels in the moldability on high temperature molding, and a multilayered structure using the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition as the adhesive composition comprises (A) a polyolefin graft copolymer grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative and (B) an olefin copolymer containing a glycidyl ester of anα,β-unsaturated acid, and the multilayered structure is obtained from the adhesive composition.
