发明名称 METHOD FOR FLUIDIZATION CATALYTIC DECOMPOSITION OF HEAVY OIL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidization catalytic decomposition method for obtaining light olefins by the catalytic decomposition of a heavy oil at high temperatures at a high ratio of a catalyst to the oil. SOLUTION: This method for the fluidization catalytic decomposition of the heavy oil produces the light olefins by the use of a fluidization catalyst decomposition reaction apparatus having a reaction zone, a separation zone, and a regeneration zone, and under the conditions of a coke yield of 2-6 mass% (based on the raw material oil), the outlet temperature of the reaction zone is set at 570-650°C; the ratio of the catalyst to the oil is set at 10-35 wt./wt.; and the temperature of a catalyst thick layer of the regeneration zone is set at 650-730°C, and the air used in the regeneration of the catalyst is preheated to 200-600°C, and is then introduced into the regeneration zone.
