<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a cooperative work performed by a group including a meeting performed by the group and the resulting necessary action as a part of works. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a meeting support means for accepting data for regulating a meeting scheduled to be held by the group and transmitted meeting material data in association with an ID of meeting to support the preparation, holding and minute formation of the meeting, a means for extracting at least one action item including a person in charge of work and a predetermined report time limit for every item from the data obtained by the meeting support means, and a means for accepting work result report data and urging the person in charge for the item not reported in conformation to the predetermined report time limit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
