MOLDING METHOD OF FOAMED SHEET MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of molding a foamed sheet molding to which a printing pattern is applied in a proper arrangement and shape easily and inexpensively.

SOLUTION: A marking is applied to a resin film used in premolding at a position to be a predetermined position of a molded object and this film is laminated on a foamed sheet 2 to obtain a laminated sheet S. After the laminated sheet S is heated, it is premolded by a mold 6 and the positional shift quantity of a predetermined position of the mold 6 and the marking position obtained by this premolding is measured. After the arrangement and shape of the predetermined pattern 14 applied to the resin film 1 used in production molding are determined on the basis of the positional shift quantity, the determined predetermined pattern 14 is applied to the resin film 1 for use in the produciton molding and this resin film 1 is laminated on a foamed sheet before production molding is started.
