PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness during the renewal of a target vehicle speed. SOLUTION: An ECU 30 has a constant-speed travel control function for making a vehicle 10 travel in a constant speed and carries out setting of a target speed according to pressing states of respective switches 33-36 of a switch unit 32. The ECU 30 sets a target speed according to a plurality of different control rules based on pressing operation of an up switch 33 or a down switch 34 and carries out the constant-speed travel control based on the target speed set by itself. When a condition for executing at least one of a plurality of the control rules is established, the ECU starts the renewal of the target speed according to the control rule whose execution condition is established even if which should be applied of all the control rules is not decided.
