PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set with a camera by which automatic transmission is performed in response to an incoming call so as to communicate even when a party cannot operate a portable telephone set since a person who has difficulties in hands or who cannot operate the portable telephone set, cannot photograph and transmit a picture by the portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set comprises a function by which a person who wants to photograph, originates a call to a photographing side portable telephone set by using a cellular phone when a party is absent, or is a child or an aged person and it is desired to watch the situation of the place where the person who cannot operate the cellular phone by the camera is located, and a photograph is automatically taken and transmitted when the call is terminated to the cellular phone.
