ULTRASONIC FLOW MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow measurement system and its manufacturing method which can use belts with easy structure for attaching to conduits and low cost, requires small labor for attaching to conduits and having superiority in long time stability. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow measurement system is constituted so as to have the size and shape of a wedge formed with a belt 5 wound around a conduit 1 after passing through a belt hole 31a, the conduit 1 and a guide frame 3a, in which a wedge-shaped leaf spring 6 in no strain state can be inserted in the state that the tip end faces the contact part side between the belt 5 and the conduit 1. The leaf spring 6 inserted in the gap is strained by moving the contact part side between the belt 5 and the conduit 1 and tension corresponding to the strain is caused in the belt 5 so as to obtain a tightening force.
