Spectacle frames with extending and twist action side frames to clamp onto the brow when not used

An improved design of spectacle frames which enable the wearer to safely store the frames on the brow when not used, without fitting any cords, has the side frames extending via a telescopic construction. The extended side frames are twisted to bring the sloping ends inwards for enhanced grip. The extension is against return spring pressure and the extended setting is secured by the twist action.
