PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas transport ship capable of evenly cooling liquefied DME to be transported, exhibiting enhanced safety in a tank cooling structure, and capable of facilitating operation. SOLUTION: A large number of reinforcing frame members 313 are arranged on an outer wall of a cargo tank 31, and a large number of radiating fins 311 are arranged in an inside of the cargo tank 31. The cargo tank 31 is surrounded by a hold wall 33, and an indirect cooling system for circulating cooling air between the hold wall 33 and the cargo tank 31 is adopted. Namely, this system is provided with a tank cooling structure 3 constituted by the cargo tank 31 capable of storing the liquefied DME and having the radiating fin 311 in the inside and the frame member 313 working as the radiating fin in the outside, and the hold wall 33 surrounding an outer periphery of the cargo tank 31; and a cooling means capable of circulating cooling air in a space between the cargo tank 31 and the hold wall 33 of the tank cooling structure 3.
