PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heating element laminated material in which at least one plate each of a conductive plate superior in thermal and electrical conductivity and a heating plate capable of generating required heat energy are laminated, and to provide a method of manufacturing a component applicable to dermal absorption, mucous membrane absorption, etc., of drugs by using the heating element laminated material. SOLUTION: At least one each of the conductive plate 26 with superior thermal and electrical conductivity and the heating plate 28 with an ability of generating required heat energy are laminated, with activation applied to each surface to be joined. Then, laminated joining is performed by bringing the two plates into contact in a superposed manner that the activated surfaces oppose each other. Thus, the heating element laminated material 20 is made by which a heating part capable of generating required heat energy can be formed inside a pattern.
