<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unattended terminal operational system which can resume a procedure from a procedural step of an interrupted transaction even when the transaction has been interrupted due to an unexpected situation or the like midway through the transaction. <P>SOLUTION: The unattended terminal operational system conducts transactions by communication by connecting an attendant terminal which is installed in a center of a financial institution or the like and operated by an operator and an unattended terminal which is installed in a store and operated by a customer. The system divides a transaction into a plurality of procedural steps, every time one procedural step is finished, stores the result of the procedural step in transaction information, and for resuming the transaction after the interruption thereof, resumes the transaction from the interrupted procedural step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
