PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paint which has good conductivity, is excellent in adhesive property and shows little change in its conductivity under a highly humid condition by using an inexpensive metal powder, and an electronic component using the same. SOLUTION: The conductive paint contains a copper powder or a silver-plated copper powder having an average particle size of≤20μm, a thermoplastic resin, an additive and, as an adhesion improver, 0.001-5.0 wt.% silane coupling agent based on the solid content of the conductive paint and is prepared by dispersing these components in an organic solvent.
