PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield treatment structure of a shielded electric wire capable of preventing a protruded part from being broken at ultrasonic excitation, and improving an adhesive force between two resin members via a protrusion on which vibrational energy directly acts through the protruded part. SOLUTION: The shield treatment structure of the shielded electric wire pinches the shielded electric wire and a grounding wire by the two resin members and form a shield treatment part by melting resin by ultrasonic excitation while having compressive power act between the resin members. Furthermore, in the shield treatment structure, a protruded part 20 is formed on a jointing face of one of the two resin members, and a hole 21 composed of a protruded insertion part 21a wherein the protruded part 20 inserted and a resin flow-in part 21b arranged further toward a rear part of the protruded insertion part 21a and with a width smaller than that of the protruded insertion part 21a is formed on the other jointing face. Moreover, stepped faces at both sides of a boundary between the protruded insertion part 21a and the resin flow-in part 21b of the hole 21 are formed into a pair of slanted faces 21c, 21c.
