PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O-type external preparation for skin containing a basic drug and having high skin permeability of the basic drug, preparation stability and usability. SOLUTION: The W/O-type external preparation for skin contains a basic drug, a dextrin fatty acid ester, a nonionic surfactant, water and an oil.
