<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and improve a start-up property of a fuel cell system and its valve mechanism equipped with a fuel gas circulation flow channel for supplying the fuel cell with exhaust gas containing unused fuel gas exhausted from the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 20 is provided with a hydrogen circulation flow channel 40 for returning exhaust gas containing unused hydrogen gas exhausted from a fuel cell stack 22 to the midway of a hydrogen supply flow channel 38 to supply it to the fuel cell stack 22. The hydrogen circulation flow channel 40 is equipped with the valve mechanism 48, and the valve mechanism 48 is formed with a lead-in port 56 for the exhaust gas to be led in, a first lead-out port 58 for returning the exhaust gas from the midway of the hydrogen supply flow channel 38 to the fuel cell stack 22, and a second lead-out port 62 for exhausting the exhaust gas to a purge flow channel 60 for discarding the exhaust gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
