摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detector capable of shortening the distance between a detection face 13b of a mold IC 13 and a rotor, compared with one of structure having the detection face of the mold IC coated with a resin. SOLUTION: In this rotation detector attached to the end face of a hub bearing for automobile, a sensor main body (resin mold part 12) is constituted to form a holding part 21 and a connector part 22 integrally by once resin molding. The holding part 21 is formed into a shape having a recessed part comprising a bottom part and two side walls. The mold IC 13 has the detection face 13b, a back face 13c opposite to the detection face 13b, and side faces 13d, the back face 13c of the mold IC 13 is faced to the side walls of the holding part 21, and the mold IC 13 is fixed to the holding part 21 under the condition where the detection face 13b is exposed, by press-in using the side faces 13 as pressed-in fixing portions and using the side walls of the holding part 21 as press-in fixing portions.
