PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of improving the reliability in a precision component requiring high precision. SOLUTION: At the time of producing an SIS (Superconductor-Insulator-Superconductor) mixer mount 10, for the purpose of working a waveguide 12 provided inside the SIS mixer mount 10 at a high precision, it is divided into a plurality of components at the cross section passing through the waveguide 12, and the joining face of each component is machined, so that groove parts composing the waveguide are formed.
