PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic element cooling device that is good in productivity. SOLUTION: In the electronic element cooling device 1 which forcibly cools a heat pipe 3 disposed in a base plate 2 by sending air to the pipe 3 from a fan 4, the heat radiating section 17 of the heat pipe 3 is disposed to face the air outlet 12 of the fan 4 and many heat radiating fins 18 are arranged in parallel with each other in the heat radiating section 17. In addition, notched sections 23 are formed in the heat radiating fins 18 and a crosspiece 21 which is engaged with the notched sections 23 is integrally formed with the base plate 2.
