The structuring method has a structured anorganic layer applied to the unstructured organic layer and used as a mask for structuring the organic layer, so that it is provided with at least one depression, e.g. for electrically contacting a vertical integrated component of an organic integrated circuit for which the structured organic layer acts as a separation layer.
