<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic plate capable of easily and economically providing in a high yield the ceramic plate having sufficient strength and a favorable smooth surface capable of performing homogeneous firing treatment to a part to be fired of an electronic device component or the like when the ceramic plate is used as a setter and capable of firing a product to be fired into a smooth state having no warp when the product to be fired is fired in a state being held between ceramic plates. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic plate has a forming process for forming a formed product by using a starting material containing a ceramic powder, an organic compound for imparting shape preservability to the powder and/or clay, a drying/firing process for firing the dried formed body at 1,300-1,800°C and a cutting process for cutting the obtained fired product to the plate having a uniform thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
