<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor image forming material containing a white thermal transfer sheet, which has high hiding power and, at the same time, high recording sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The laser thermal transfer type multicolor image forming material consists of an image receiving sheet having an image receiving layer, and a thermal transfer sheet having at least a photothermally converting layer and an image forming layer on a support.
