PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time to load explosives in blasting work, and increase the work efficiency. SOLUTION: At explosive loading into a blast hole using an explosive loader, an explosive loading method loads an explosive and, simultaneously, loads a substance (power regulator) capable of regulating the power of the explosive, such as an inorganic hollow body or an organic hollow body. The explosive loader, which comprises an explosive container, an explosive loading hose and an explosive feeder, has a container and a feeder for feeding a power regulator separately from the explosive feeder.
