<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a retractor compactly, to reduce power consumption of a motor and simplify control of the motor, to realize two kinds of winding performance, namely quick belt winding and belt winding at high torque. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch gear 31 and a rotary shaft 32 are moved along a circular-arc guide hole 11g by rotation of the motor 1 in the belt winding direction. When the rotary shaft 32 abuts on a clutch arm 33 at a small belt tension, the clutch gear 31 meshes with a carrier gear 17, and a power transmission passage of low torque at high speed is connected. When the belt tension increases, the rotary shaft 32 abuts on the clutch arm 33 and then further moves while turning the clutch arm 33. A clutch pawl 34 turns and engages with rachet teeth 19b to prevent rotation of an internal gear 19a, the clutch gear 31 removes from a carrier gear 17, and the power transmission passage of high torque at low speed is connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
