PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor that can be used as an intermediate substrate and can be lowered in inductance and can be widened in band by effectively eliminating a drawn-around wiring section which may increase inductance while the interval between terminals is made changeable. SOLUTION: On the first principal surface of a laminate constituting the capacitor 1, the first-side first- and second-kind terminals 5a and 5b of a first terminal array 5 are respectively coupled with first- and second-kind electrode conductor layers 14 and 17 which are the nearest to the first principal surface in the direction of lamination through direct or auxiliary coupling conductor sections 15'. On the second principal surface of the laminate, in addition, the second-side first- and second-kind terminals 7a and 7b of a second terminal array 7 are respectively coupled with first- and second-kind electrode conductor layers 14 and 17 which are the nearest to the second principal surface at an interval broader than that of the first terminal array 5 in the direction of lamination through direct or auxiliary coupling conductor sections 15".
