PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anticancer agent comprising a polymeric micelle including a pyrvinium conventionally unknown to exhibit anticancer actions or its salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This anticancer agent comprises the polymeric micelle including pyrvinium pamoate as the active ingredient. The polymeric micelle is preferably derived from a block copolymer containing a hydrophilic segment and a hydrophobic segment and is preferably a core-shell type in which the hydrophilic segment forms a shell part and the hydrophobic segment forms a core part.
