<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe capable of avoiding mixing of a foreign matter in a medicament and easily spouting a target quantity of the medicament only. <P>SOLUTION: Parts with a first diameter and parts with a second diameter (that is, the diameter equivalent to the inner diameter of a ring-shaped projection 13), smaller than the first diameter, are alternately arranged inside a syringe body 10. The parts with the first diameter and the parts with the second diameter smaller than the first diameter are set by the projection 13 to be alternately arranged. With this structure, the quantity of movement of an end part 431 of a head part 43 of a plunger 40 is specified as the plunger 40 is forced forward by the cooperation with the projection 13.
