<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waiting time of a care receiver in a nursing-care facility as much as possible by optimizing the arrival time of each care receiver to the nursing-care facility according to the kind of care service to be received by the care receiver in the nursing-care facility. <P>SOLUTION: Reservation information of a care service or transportation service by a care receiver is stored in a database. The dispatch plan formation part 12 of an information processing server 2 forms a dispatch plan for the transportation service performed by each service agent based on the service reservation information stored in the database.
