<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the send side process and the communication delay when sending a message to an agent moving over network terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The message sending method comprises a first procedure taken by a message send side for sending a message including an addressed agent ID to an HAP of the addressed agent; a second procedure taken by the HAP having received the message for transferring the message to a destination AP previously related to the agent ID; and a third procedure taken by the destination AP having received the message for deciding the existence of any addressed agent, based on its agent ID, to transfer the message to the addressed agent, if existing, or to transfer the message to another destination AP previously related to the agent ID, if not already existing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
