The invention concerns a cosmetic composition comprising in a physiologically acceptable medium: at least one non-phosphate compound based on adenosine and at least one tightening polymer, said tightening polymer being different from a copolymer comprising units derived from styrene and units derived from (meth)acrylate. The invention also concerns a cosmetic method for skin care, more particularly facial skin, in particular wrinkled skin which consists in applying a composition on said skin.
