PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof a relay main body without attaching a cover to a relay box, and to enhance the radiation of heat generated from the relay main body. SOLUTION: A recess 11 is projected in a flange shape at the front end of the relay box 10, and a waterproof space S is provided between the inner periphery of the recess 11 and the outer periphery of the relay main body 21 with its lower side part inserted in the recess 11. Furthermore, a terminal hole 11a for inserting a relay terminal protruded from the bottom face of the relay main body 21 is provided in the center of the bottom face of the recess 11, and a rib 23 for water proof is protruded outward from the outer periphery of the relay main body 21, and contacted with the front end surface 11b of the recess 11, thereby closing the opening of the recess. A rubber ring 30 is disposed in the waterproof space S closed by this rib 23 for water proof, the outer periphery 21a of the relay main body 21, and the inner periphery 11c of the recess 11.
