PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wall panel device capable of being automatically returned to an original state when the oscillation is stopped without being damaged by projecting the front end sections of both right and left wall panels forward even if the oscillation is made so as to narrow a joint section in the wall panel device covering the joint section between walls of both right and left buildings provided through the joint section. SOLUTION: The wall panel device comprises both right and left wall panels mounting the rear end sections on both right and left skeletons of a site covering the joint section through a hinge and forming the front end sections rotated forward on opposing inclined planes, a hinge member mounted so as to locate a pivot section on the site separating a predetermined dimension into the rear end section of the backs of both right and left wall panels, a central maintaining link mechanism pivoting both end sections on a movable member of the hinge member, a supporting bar formed on the inclined plane pivoted on the central pivot section of the central maintaining link mechanism, an angle shaped rising guide projected forward by the inclined plane of the supporting bar when the joint section mounted on one back of both right and left wall panels of the inclined plane of the supporting bar becomes narrow and an energizing mechanism for both right and left wall panels to always energize the front end sections of both right and left wall panels in straight line.
