<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which can be relieved even when it is found defective. <P>SOLUTION: The push type driving unit circuit 20 comprises a level shift circuit constituted of an N type transistor 22 and a current regulator circuit 16, a spare N type transistor 23 and an offset compensation circuit constituted of switches S1 to S4 and a capacitor. When the N type transistor 22 has a defect, fuses 24 and 25 are blown out and wiring AL1 and GL1 and wiring AL2 and GL2 are connected to each other respectively by laser beam irradiation to replace the N type transistor 22 with the N type transistor 23. Thereby, even when the N type transistor 22 has the defect, the driving unit circuit 20 can be relieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
