PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shroud segment from being extracted off a seal groove without bending a spline seal plate. SOLUTION: A pair of first seal grooves 65 allowing the side parts of a first spline seal plate 63 to be fitted thereto are formed in both end faces of a back plate 37, a pair of second seal grooves 69 allowing the side parts of a second spline seal plate 67 to be fitted thereto are formed in both side faces of the back plate 37, and a pair of seal gaps 71 allowing the front end face of the first spline seal plate 63 to abut thereon and having stopper faces 71f recessed rearward from the front wall surface 69f of the second seal groove 69 are formed in both front side end faces of the back plate 37.
